Topic Four: Landscape - Outside Visit 1: Garden - Vizcaya Gardens

For this outside visit, Parker, Emma and I went out to Vizcaya Gardens. Unfortunately, any pictures taken (which is basically just this one and the ones I took of the others) were done before we read the forms and it said to take pictures of places you liked, too. Thus I have none.

Like I said before I don't, like taking pictures.

I did enjoy the ponds and the fountains though.

And here is the 30-minute writing and drawings respectively. I really liked this little exercise, it was very relaxing. I also got fairly invested in drawing that tree, so much so that I almost didn't draw any of the rest of the garden. (I like the details of plants, even if they're murder on the wrist)
